Best for These Animals:

• Small and medium sized reptiles and amphibians; a particular favorite of tree frogs and other arboreal (tree dwelling) animals, when mounted in high humidity environments.

Soil Depth:

• All soil depths with proper drainage.

• Can be mounted in high humidity environments.

Lighting:

• Low to moderate indirect light (or low-level full-spectrum LED/UVB terrarium lighting) preferred.

• Avoid placing directly under intense heat lamps — leaves can scorch easily.

Humidity & Misting:

• Prefers high humidity (40% – 100%).
  

• Ensure good air circulation to prevent mold.

Temperature Tolerance & Placement in the Terrarium:

• Ideal range: 65–80°F (20–27°C), but can take between 60 and 85 degrees.

• Avoid prolonged exposure below 60°F (15°C).

• Best used as a front (low) groundcover, underplanting, or mounted (only in high humidity conditions).
  

Edible & Side Effects if Ingested:

• Non-toxic to reptiles, amphibians, and most pets.

• While not meant as a food source, accidental ingestion is harmless.
