Red Panda Sorrel, most commonly used in France, is a unique, open-pollinated herb variety with deep maroon-colored stems and veins. Whether growing in the garden or indoors as a tasty microgreen, Red Panda Sorrel is a leafy baby green that has a distinctive lemony flavor and vibrant colors making it a favorite to add to many culinary dishes.
